The plane was at reconnaissance mission and got lost. When run out of fuel pilot had to make an emergency landing in marshy landscape just north of Ylimuonio Village. Plane suffered 80% damages. Both crewmember survived without injuries. FF. Fw. Erich Fiebig and BO. Lt. Helmutt Mett.

Heti sodan alussa tehty tiedustelulento päättyi pakkolaskuun soiseen maastoon eksymisen ja sen johdosta polttoaineen loppumisen vuoksi. Kone kärsi 80% vauriot. Miehistö kuitenkin selvisi pakkolaskusta ehjin nahoin.
